vacation days

Hello,

I work as an HR manager in a German company, I have a general question regarding vacation days. If an employee uses all his vacation days and then resigned, the company is allowed to reduce the value of the days that he is not entitled to from the last salary. Thank you

No, it's not possible.

In Germany vacation is a dept paid in days. If the employee had to many days, he can't give you days back. Nobody without a DeLorean can travel through time and give days back :-)
